David Parker is an attorney who specializes in Estate Planning and Elder Law and has been practicing law for over 20 years. Be it Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, or Medicaid Planning, David provides comprehensive and caring counsel for seniors and their families. A large portion of David’s practice is asset protection strategies so that families do not lose their hard earned savings to nursing home care costs. He also handles probate administration for the settlement of estates.
David is a former assistant county attorney in the Rockland County as well as a former assistant attorney general with New York State. He has been in private practice as well as working as an in-house counsel for a foreign trust.
David is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law in Washington DC.
He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys , New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and Trust and Estates Section, the Estate Planning Council of Rockland and Westchester.
He is also a Board Member of the HomeAides of Rockland, a not for profit provider of home health aides to the senior community.
